The Challenge: With this redesign, our goal was to deliver a best-in-class digital flagship experience that magnified Clinique’s Service As You Like It experience to create long-term, profitable relationships with our online customers across the globe. With each product launch and sales initiative, the brand is now able to present relevant, engaging content, leverage cross-platform innovation and raise the branding bar by integrating live video chat tutorials, customized consultations and virtual makeup tools on any device. The site was also developed and QA'ed to roll-out to 26 countries within a 2-year time period.
